Basketball Training For The Entire - Mind, Body & Skill

I firmly believed there was a more efficient way to enhance the fundamentals and physical strength of each player. Throughout my journey and curiosity of the game, I’ve discovered that we could accelerate players’ growth by combining what we knew about the body, the brain, and basketball skill development. We could teach players how to communicate with their bodies efficiently and correctly.

Forth Quarter Basketball Teams Development Program

    • Development of teams middle school in high school basketball teams. Teams we have had the opportunity of working with.
    • Cardinal Mooney boys basketball team
    • DSL Boys Basketball team.
    • St. Mary’s. Boys basketball team

Take The First Step To Becoming A Better Basketball Player

    • Back to the basics of skill training.
    • Form Shooting/ Shooting mechanics movement with out the ball.
    • Strength and conditioning/ lateral movement quickness and explosiveness.
    • Footwork drills / movement on defense and mechanical with lower movements.
    • Ball handling drills/ athlete handle must handle pressure bringing the ball up court. Protecting with off hand.
    • Finishing around the rim. With contact. Both hands. Aggressive with contact
    • Film Studying/ Communication on offense and defense. Dose the athlete respect the coach.
    • Approach towards the game. Attitude body language Grades and behavior in school.

Take The Second Step To Becoming A Better Basketball Player

    • Player evaluation one hour to assess player.
    • Diagnose the athletes habits bad in good.
    • Group training or private training your athlete will be placed in one of the slots due to skill set.
    • Available dates will be issued out.
    • Monthly Subscription.
    • Email must be sent with parents name athletes name. Age / school attending. In birth date.

Take The Third Step To Becoming A Better Basketball Player

    • If any health issues please notify us. Before signing up.
    • Athletes are giving one makeup date. Due sickness or emergency.
    • Makeup dates are issued out 30 days prior to Missed date.
    • There are no refunds once athletes are signed up.
    • Parents must notify us if child is going to be late or no show.
    • Parents must sign a wavier before athlete signs up.
    • Parents are not allowed into the gym to watch training.
